I downloaded Windows 10 but didn't like it so reverted to 8.1. Since then I've spent many hours getting rid of files etc left behind. There is just one thing left that I can't fix.
When I start up I get the windows 10 loading logo (blue squares); then the screen goes black; then windows 8.1 loading symbol.
None of the many help pages I've looked at even mention this. Can anyone here help!
