How do i enable display video and animation on a webpage

need your help how to enable this on IE 11 " display video and animation on a webpage that does not use external media player " under Security tab below trusted sites then custom level, im trying to look for it in gpedit but i cant see it. i've research about this the only thing is via registry but im having a problem understanding those post.

can you please help me how to enable the mentioned setting above via registry? See attached snapshot.
