How do I change the Windows 8.1 "Welcome" loading circle

Hello!
Do you guys know how to change the "welcome" screen spinning circles animation? I searched in a few dll using ResourceHacker and I can't find these circles. It seems that for windows 7, the blue circle is stored in « imageres.dll » or something, but the Windows 8.1 ones are not there ... any idea? Thanks!

I figure this is where the default is, might need some other windows themes.
Others here use themes may know more i do not use them. Do not think it is like changing an icon.

Sorry, i do not think you can change that, if i am wrong, others can tell you, but i highly doubt you can.
Why would you want to change that, only see it upon boot?

I'm trying to completely control windows boot look. I'm pretty sure that this animation is accessible in some .dll, as I have so far deleted the "welcome" string; some people have modified the windows logo boot animation: I'm pretty sure that this dot animation is hackable like the rest.

Sound determined, more power to you ! I do not know how to do this, be careful, backup important stuff, make a restore point and try what you find or can find.
