How do can run 16-bit Applications on Windows 8.1?

Hi!

I wanted to run 16-bit Applications on my 32-bit Computer. Such as Windows 3.1 apps which I really need. I don't like Virtualization on Virtual OS. Please anyone can help me about this? Also the Windows 3.1 Applications.
  • I dont want Virtualiztion Programs - It damaged my PC since July 2017, It damaged my RAM and Drivers.
  • I dont want DOSBOX - Similar on what Happened on my PC.
  • XP Mode wont run in my PC, My PC just having 2GB of RAM. It would not run
  • Doesn't even work with Compability Mode, Windows 95 or 98, or XP. Doesn't even work!
  • Will not install Dual-boot for Windows XP!
Remember, Help me about this, also give me a link of Windows 3.1 Applications.
I use Windows 8.1 and Internet Explorer 11.

You say it's a 32-bit computer, and thus I assume you're running and x86 build of Windows 8.1? So what happens when you try to run the 16-bit Windows application? It should just run (unless there's some other compatibility issue).

The virtualization options you're trying to avoid above, are only needed when you're using a 64-bit version of Windows.
