How can i make my laptop more cooler

Hi Everyone,
My computer started to be hot and when i open SpeedFan it tells me :

1.HD0 : 48C
2.Temp1 : 52C
3.Core0 : 53C
4.Core1 : 51C

and while gaming its more!

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2370M CPU @ 2.40GHz
Memory : 4GB
OS : Windows 8
Model : Dell Inspirion N4050

Both of my laptops have usb-powered external cooling fan assemblies [one giant & one twin-fans] running every time laptops run. I have had no more quick sudden shutdowns due to hot-running. They will get quite warm, however, no more without-warning shutdowns.

Take it apart, and blow it out with compressed air, then take an anti-static brush and get what's left over. Pay special attention to the fans, as they can get gunky from the air moisture and the dust is specially sticky. Also brush out around the CPU & VRMs really good.
