I'm looking for some way to access my phone from my PC and copy/move files back and forth, without having to scan a code, like Airdroid makes me do. My phone and PC are both on my wifi network, so I just need a FREE PC app to "see" the phone folders from the PC and be able to do this.

My Computer apparently cant see my phone.

Thanks!

Google drive is simple for andriod but most phones either come with software to do it or via usb if you plug the phone in it should show up

I guess I wasn't clear. I want to transfer files directly from my phone to PC, without moving them somewhere else first and without the phone having to me in front of the PC, plugged into it, or having to scan a code like I do now with Airdroid. I just want to transfer them over my wifi, which both the phone and PC are already connected with by air.

I don't know how to communicate this any more clearly than that. Both my phone and PC are hooked up to my wifi, but I need an app or piece of software for the PC, that will allow me to see the phone and transfer files, WITHOUT having to have the phone in FRONT of the PC and scan a code, like Airmore does.

I already gave you the answer, I don't know how to make it any clearer. There are a number of File Manager apps that will do what you want such as ES File Explorer. Do a search on Google Play for File Manager or File Explorer.

My guess is that you will not be able to use them though since you will need to setup shares and connect to those shares. That's why I suggested Dropbox first which is much easier to use.

I've tried some of the file manager apps and they were confusing to even set up, with no instructions. That was why I was asking for suggestions, for a good one that would do what I need. Never mind.

Not familiar with LG phones but the LG Bridge seems simple to operate and I don't see anything about scanning a code in the instructions ?
