I am having an interesting problem when trying to use internet download manager to download videos from VK.com from my home internet vs library's internet. On home internet, I cannot download anything and I get an error from IDM saying it may be block from my firewall, or server's DNS blah blah...etc. I checked my windows firewall to confirm that IDM is in fact unblocked and has access. On my local library's internet, my IDM works just fine and I can download videos from VK.com. What gives?
