Try uninstalling the Firefox Browser and reinstalling. There is a way to save your profile but I wouldn't recommend it in this case. Start fresh with a new install. If you still have a problem you can get rid of the residual profile information by navigating to the C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Roaming\ and deleting the Mozilla folder where the Firefox information resides. Delete the folder first and then do the re-installation.

In summary:

1. Reinstall Firefox
2. check to see if the problem is solved.

If Not:

1. uninstall Firefox
2. Delete Mozilla Folder as described
3. Reinstall Firefox
4. Check to see if problem resolved.

Post back with your results.

All your browsers can not save homepage? Reinstalling may solve your problems.
But if stubborn browser hijacker alters your registry, normally it is hardly to save homepage manually.
Also you can try Yet Another Cleaner, set homepage as the following stepsyac07.png
