Help with languages pack on windows 8.1

I downloaded the Swedish language pack on my Windows 8.1. But previously it was Italian. So when i downloaded it was 90% swedish the general things like desktop, control panel..... and 10% was italian (i think it is only the start menu on windows 8 and some folders). What should I do???

Did you downloaded interface pack or just a language pack?

I downloaded the language pack following those instruction Language packs are available for Windows 8 and for Windows RT but I think I have to uninstall the Italian Language pack. So here are my language settings just say it if you need translation from swedish to english
