Hi,
this is my first post here, and i am here with too much expectations. please.

State;
i'v just received Dell Inspiron Ultrabook 15z i7 with win 8 "40days ago".
recently after heard about win8.1 free offer for win8 registered tagged user, i update to win8.1 from store.
after that i first suffer with secureboot watermark,
then rapid start technology error, then nvidia geforce driver issue..,
then with intel's Widi softwares(still unsolved),
and most on unexpected time i always got BSOD "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDELED (intelppm.sys)"
while conneting my android phone, connecting microsoft wireless mouse or even playing far cry 3..
i hate blueScreen errors since using win98.

please help me with intelppm.sys error
right now i am downloading complete drivers pack from dell website.
NOTE:
i also got Windows 8 Recovery Media disk. states:"use this disc to reinstall the operating system on a dell computer"

i cant go with dump files process.
please Help me. :(

Sorry for the delay in responding. There just aren't that many people who do BSOD analysis, so at times we get a bit overwhelmed!
Also, if you respond to your own post, it makes it look like it's active.
I review posts here from oldest to newest - so responding make your post look newer and delays a response from me.

Please provide this information so we can provide a complete analysis: http://www.eightforums.com/bsod-cra...e-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html

If you are unable to run the above program, then I'll need these 3 things:

1) Zip up and upload the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump with your next post. If having problems zipping it, copy it to your desktop

2) MSINFO32:
Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.
Also, save a copy as a .txt file and include it also (it's much more difficult to read, but we have greater success in getting the info from it).

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "msinfo32 /nfo %USERPROFILE%\Desktop\TEST.NFO" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

3) systeminfo:
Please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type (or copy/paste) "systeminfo.exe >%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to Desktop to retrieve the syteminfo.txt file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. Then zip up the .txt file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

There are fixes for the watermark issue (I'll get it from work today) and we can work on the other issues also.
