Help required with email

I have a desktop pc W8.1 and use Outlook Live.com email all works ok but when I wish to access the same email on Laptop W7 enterprise I am unable to log into the email and get message ïncorrect password", I don't see why I can't access email from laptop or tablet.

You don't specify what email you're using. If it's GMail (Google Mail) then they want you to have an App Password. I just gave the answer to that, in a previous thread.
