Help regarding AMD dual graphic disabling

ok so i downloaded aa moded ccc from 3d forum
and i assigned game under high performance
and this is what i got this my desecrate gpu

Something is just not right. A temp that high with 0% load? Is this while running the game or right after running it? If you took the picture after closing the game I can understand the 0% usage, the temp is ok for the 7600m but curious how high it actually got during the game.

Is your original problem fixed?

no i quite the game and then checked the gpu-z
also my problem is not solved as the game only detect internal gpu
