These are the steps I followed from Use NTLite to add OEM drivers into Windows installation USB disk - Ricky Gao Blog Ricky Gao Blog 1. I Used a Windows 8.1 ISO and created the USB DVD using the Windows USB DVD Download Tool. 2. I injected the drivers using NTLite. 3. Using this USB with the injected drivers, I booted from a USB HUB attached to OTG to the DV8P. I also have a USB Keyboard attached to the USB HUB. 4. Booted into Windows setup, I entered Command Prompt using Shift-F10. 5. diskpart: followed your directions. It appears that every time I've already created a partition, I cannot create an EFI or MSR. Because I every time I "clean", then start over in diskpart, I can "create part efi" or "create part msr". But after I create the first partition, I cannot create another part and that's where the "The operation is not supported on a non-empty removable disk." message appears when I try to create any subsequent partitions.
