help about windows update

i have windows 8.1 enterprise
But when this is updating the files are downloaded.
And i want to find these files where they are being kept by windows 8 for temporarily.
because some times i need these when i am offline.
And windows 8 are downloading and installing automatically these files.
And I am doing this for only driver of HP laserjet 13400 N printer, and Mobile Inter 4 series express chipset family.
Because when I download these drivers that are not working properly. and when it downloaded by windows update then these work correctly

The drivers you reference would load once and would not update again until new drivers are released. Chipset drivers usually are only installed at the time of OS Installations and again if you were to clean install your OS again. Otherwise for chipset drivers you would download from Intel website. Unzip to a folder that you would name. and they you would have to install them from a elevated command prompt using the switch -overall and -override. HP Printer driver are only updated very seldom and only need to be installed once.
