Solved Having trouble with Catalyst Control Centre.

I'm using Win8 on an HTPC using a 50 inch HDTV over HDMI and I have under scan issues.

I have installed the Win8 version of CCC but cant get it to start in order to get rid of the under scan.

I've tried right click from the desktop and directly from the app on the start screen, but it doesn't start.

Any ideas how I may get into CCC or another way to deal with under scan?

If you look in task manager is CCC already running. I have this problem on occasion and once I end the process and try again, it works ok.

I had to uninstall/re-install CCC 3 times before it would run properly.

Tried these ideas without any success.

I eventually got CCC 10.2 to install using compatibility settings and now it's all good.
