My PC Restarts After Getting This Error Several Times. How To Solve It?

I assume this refers to your C: partition? It may be that your hard disk is failing. If your computer can remain ON for long enough then open a command window and type "chkdsk /f C:" (without the quote marks and note the spaces) and hit the Enter key. This will run for a long time, maybe 1 hour, and if it finds disk errors it will fix them but if your hard disk is failing the fix will not last so ensure all your files are backed up somewhere else. At some stage you may need a new disk drive.

Yeah Hard Disk is Failing. I Removed The Hard and No Error. But Still Restarts. Then PC Only Works After Clearing CMOS. But Even After Doing That PC Restarts Sometimes.

I notice you are in Sri Lanka where it is a hot climate so it may be that the inside of your computer is getting too hot. Open it up and clean out all the dust and dirt especially from between the cooling fins of the CPU. Remove dust from everywhere but do not damage components. Do not touch with fingers. Use an air duster if you have one or a small and very soft natural bristle paint brush. After restarting computer ensure all air vents are kept clear to keep it cool.
