Hard disk bad sector, PC ran itno error screen

Hi Guys,
i am using a hard disk of 80GB, only for running OS.
Yesterday i got "PC Ran Into Error" or blue-screen death.
i ran sfc /scannow , it was unable to repair error
but with DISM online command, it was 100 repaired system files.

after that i ran chkfsd /f /r /b :C , then it say 4Kb in bad sector.

Now i want to know that is there something to worry about HD
can i continue to use it to run just OS ?

Download: CrystalDiskInfo6_3_2.zip unzip and run. If there's a warning with yellow exclamation mark, the disk is going to get worse then it's time to backup personal data and replace it. If not, you can continue using it.

In addition run the below to see if you can fix the corrupted system files:
Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup&dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth&sfc /scannow&pause
