Graphics Media Accelerator of Mobile Intel R 4 Series

Hi people, my laptop has Mobile Intel R 4 Series Express Chipset Family, and now I am using Windows 8. Problem is I can't install Intel® graphics media accelerator driver that was been used when I was using Windows 7. Problem says "this computer does not need the minimum requirement of installing software." How can I solve this, help me.

Drivers and driver updates for OEM computers (particularly laptops) should come from the OEM. The issue is that the OEM may have customized versions of the hardware that is not compatible with Intel supplied software. I suspect that is the problem here. Intel has published warnings about this.
