Grand Theft Auto 3 Unhandled Exception

Hello,
So this has been happening for a long time now. I bought the GTA Complete Pack on Steam and GTA 3 always crashes when I launch it. I get an error message that says Unhandled Exception and then a bunch of codes. Please Help and Thanks!

I was having the same issue with Vice City. I fixed it by turning off DEP completely.

DEP - Enable or Disable

You may have to disable Secure boot first in order to turn off DEP:

I'd recommend turning it back on after you disable DEP for the increased security it provides.
