Games slowing down

Over t he last few months, i have noticed games having a moment of madness they seem to slow down the just jump back into life, games i mainly play are Farm Together and Dirt Rally
HELP its annoying the hell out of me

Past weekend I've been playing Farm Together in my Munich property here and I can say that it was slower than usual. Strange...
