FYI - Dell Latitude 10 SE2 Windows 8.1 Window Update Error

If you order one of these with Windows 8.1 Pro installed ( mine is from Ebay ),

All Windows Updates worked EXCEPT:
" Intel - Other hardware - Intel(R) Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Generic Participant - 5.4 MB ".
Caused constant reboot. and required restore - DO NOT INSTALL.

I strongly recommend you create a recovery boot usb and restore point before updating.
