so my solution is to open my tower and switch the sata 0(my SSD with OS) to Sata 2

then reboot and it works...

SSD kingston Hyper X 240GB

dell vastro 470 intel core I7

windows 8 ultimate with media center and office 2013

Norton Anti-virus 2013.
now i know lots of you are going to say you don't need it or it can interfere with the OS...but it works great and im a Norton certified tech.i did all the tests(un install test for 1 month same issue)

In your BIOS, what mode are your drives using/set to...IDE, SATA or AHCI? Was the SSD part of the retail PC or is it an addon to your system?

ok i got my answer for the task manager:

There are several ways to launch Task Manager. The easiest is to press Ctrl-Shift-Esc together, since it brings the window up immediately. You can also access it by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Del and clicking on Task Manager from the list. From Windows 8's Start screen, simply start typing 'task' (without the quotes) and the shortcut will appear in the list of results.

Did you upgrade win 7 or did you fresh install win 8?

If you upgraded then you might have inherited any problems you may have had in your previous OS but is having a bigger effect on win 8.

Start in safemode with networking and run your antivirus program, and install and run Spybot search and destroy V1.62 (not 2.0)
When you install spybot uncheck the tea timer add on, it pops up during every registry change if you allow it. (ugh)

Viruses can attack the (ctrl)(alt)(del) function as well as disable USB and cd/dvd and internet to prevent its disinfection.

EDIT==> Have you tried the (CTRL)(ALT) from the other side of the KB?
