Its Windows Media Center which allows you to play DVD's and shows up as a Feature.
Should be a Tile in Start Screen to use it.

Ok, got the key about 8 hrs. ago after making a third request and this time it came within an hour. I think that I failed to confirm my email address after buying windows 8 from the Microsoft store and that is the reason for the delay. All is good now, media center is installed and my tv tuner works better than ever. Windows 8 is better than I ever imagined, beautiful interface, fast and stable.
