Facebook wont load on chrome

Guys please help my facebook wont load on chrome and other browsers. But I can access other websites fine only facebook wont load. It gives an error that says "It took too long to respond" and has error on console or javascript. Which I dont understand because I'm not good with coding so please help. I even tried disabling my antivirus and firewall still didn't work.

Just go to chrome setting, choose "Show advanced settings" then choose the last option "Restore browser settings to their original defaults" and reset the settings. everything will work fine with facebook after that.

Try to disable newly activated extension/add-ons first
if that can't get you fix the error then as other says Restore browser settings to their original defaults is an Ideal Solution
