Extracting FOLDERS from multiple FOLDERS

I have nearly 1tb of music folders/files and I currently have it set up in a way which is causing me problems. I have 1 folder with the band name and within that I have the albums. I want 1 massive folder with just the albums. I need to extract hundreds of folders from within hundreds of folders. Is this even possible or do I have to open each folder and cut/copy the contents into the destination folder ? Please help !

Your proposed solution is tedious to implement. Perhaps there is a better solution if we knew whatt kind of problems you are having with the current setup. I have it set up the same way.

With that many files I would expect you will have name collisions too.
