Error occured while attempting to generate the report

Hi,
I am getting an error while generating the system health report under system and security - administration tools- generate a system health report.
Dispite an error, report is getting generated, i have to go performance monitor under administration tool and open it manually. Error is attached.
i am using Win2012 R2.
