Email problem loggin in on Laptop & Netbook

I have a PC with W 8.1 and can access my emails in Outlook Live with no problems at all however on my Laptop & netbook when attempting to log in I get address &/or Password incorrect, Using the exact same details on 8.1 machine. The laptop & netbook both use W 7 and that is the only difference. Any help appreciated.

You will probably need an "App Password" from Google.
Here is a link, to a U-Tube video that will walk you through the process. I'm assuming that you have a GMail account. ???
