i have been trying to get the es603 reader to be recognized by windows for the last 4 months, i have installed versions: 3.5.1.0, 3.4.29.0, 3.2.13.0 and still nothing works.
they install fine but in device manager i get the following message:
"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31) {Operation Failed} The requested operation was unsuccessful."
i have included the events related to this device since even after starting the relevant services and restarting it still does not work.
