Easy to use text editor that includes date and time in file name when file is saved

Hi

Looking for an easy to use text editor that automatically renames the text file to include the date and time in the actual files name. Or alternatively, when saving a text file it just gives the file a new name which is the time and date of the save. I'm looking for something basic like notepad, as all I wish to use it for is to create simple text files.
