E-Mail problem can't login

im so mad right now at windows.. I know my outlook pass but i cant login because it wants me to send a phone verification number to my phone but the problem is the number is outdated i got a new number now. so then I had to recover it and that didnt help either . i tried 10 times. and it asked me 'we have seen u request recovery many times, unfortunaly we cant help you but you can make an new account' NOO BRO. I want my acc. **** sake. I cant even get on my ****ing own email account? this is some BS!!!!!!!!!!!
