I have my two monitors in extend mode under Windows 8.1.1. I also have the 14.9 AMD CATS. Here's my tiny problem. If I have a window on the right side that has a tooltip it extends ever so slightly onto my second monitor. Sometimes it a border shadow, other times I can see the actual right border. I'm talking about 1 or 2 pixels.

The icon with the tooltip doesn't have to be right on the right edge, it can be to the left a bit. Even if I make the window smaller so that I have plenty of empty space to the right of the icon it can show up on my second monitor.

One example is hovering over the time and date on the tray. Mine is at the bottom. In this case I see the right border shadow on my second monitor.

Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this too? Not a big deal but I'm curious about it.

LCD Overscan issue that is common. I would just turn Tool Tips and Balloons off. As for screen adjustments, that would be done within the control software for the display driver.
