Solved DSIM and SFC reports are not the same for Win8.1

Here is the final update.

[BGCOLOR=transparent]The 3rd party themes work well on only one profile. When I configure on another one the problem comes up again.[/BGCOLOR]

[BGCOLOR=transparent]Even if I just change the color of the taskbar the problem starts again. All the rest must run on default Windows theme without changing anything.[/BGCOLOR]

[BGCOLOR=transparent]So I just have one profile configured with the a 3rd party theme and the rest are on default themes and there are no problems.[/BGCOLOR]

[BGCOLOR=transparent]This thread is related to another thread that I started a few weeks ago and the problem was resolved with fresh install and then came back when I applied the themes.[/BGCOLOR]
