Driver Power State Failure

I just tried to restart my laptop and it took like really long to restart .. basically it was stuck at the "Restarting blue'ish screen" and after a while displayed some texts like "collecting info ....... Driver_Power_State_Failure"

After googleing a bit, it seems lots of people suggests its likely being caused by a damaged/outdated driver or something similar but I checked the device manager and I don't have any errors/yellow sigh anywhere and also tried checking updates for Ethernet/wifi adapters etc .. it just says I already have the latest version.

I've installed a few new softwares on pc recently but I'm don't think these can actually cause this issue, itunes latest version and a virtual wifi router: this one: https://virtualrouter.codeplex.com/ (don't know if I should link it here but incase it helps)

Also I don't think I've any virus issues, running comodo + maleware bytes ... so far no detection's.

Any advise how to fix it?
