Driver Nvidia Geforce 105M (Acer Aspire 5738z)

Hello. I have a problem. I go to the website NVIDIA and i make a download of the driver for windows 8 for my nvidia. the problem is when i install the screen turn off. Any ideias?

Have you tryed to install manually, I mean not using the install program?

beta drivers may be very unstable, try the latest Win 7 one

Is your WCP x86 or x64 ?

Yes, i install maually and the same ocorred. I install the driver, the screen turn off and nothing. My WCP is x86. Ah and the driver for Windows 7 or Windows 8 or even vista is the same.

Try installing driver version 285.62.
I had the same issue trying to install the 64-bit 295.73 Nvidia driver to an Acer Aspire 5739G with GeForce GT 130M.
The install would start then the screen would turn off and not turn back on.
I had to start Windows 8 in safe mode just to uninstall the driver.

Version 285.62 installed fine first try.
