DPC Watchdog Violation tried everything i have read please

I turn on my brand new laptop and almost everytime i boot up it comes up to the Windows 8 login screen then crashes to BSOD and then says "DPC Watchdog Violation" and then goes into a 20 min bootup where it checks all the windows features again or something. I checked my SSD drivers and all the other drivers i could find but nothing seems to help. It never crashes when I'm using the laptop or playing games only when i Reboot it. I can attach the dump files but I'm not really sure what I'm reading. PLease please help thanks

I tried it 3 times just says Automatic repair couldn't repair your PC everytime.
