there is only one account, and it is the admin account. however, when I type command such as C:/users/Kumar Ale>sfc/scannow. It says 'you must be an administrator running a console session in order to use the sfc utility. What does that mean? how can i fix it.
Evverything started with copy and paste funtion by right click not working. Although it does work for refresh on desktop or open link in new tab on chrome.

This is by design, from Windows 7 it was decided to use a tokenized administrator system to help prevent malware acting as an administrator.

You need to right click on a program icon and select run as administrator to raise your normal working rights to admin level

This may help clarify the working of User Account Control
