Does Windows 7 themes works on Windows 8?

I'd like to ask if W7 themes works on W8 before trying to do it

No, win 7 is entirely different from 8. That start, metro and ribbon and my computer layout and stuff... so no, win 7 themes wont work on win 8

only ported theme with Windows Style Builder works, a few screens aero themes and simple from win 7
