I went to do updates from 12-9 (I wait a few weeks to a month before installing updates so I can research any issues with them before installing to ensure I don't kill my PC) and I found KB2989930.
Microsoft says it's to fix a:
"Not Connected" status for a paired Surface Pen in Bluetooth settings on Surface Pro 3"

I don't own a Surface so I don't use the Surface Pen this update was meant for - or any other Windows device that uses a stylus for that matter.
I was thinking that I got the update because I have a touchscreen Dell all-in-one and MS is assuming that since its a touchscreen it simply must be a Surface? In any case, since I don't use a Surface, do I need the update?
Thank you for your help!
