Different display when adding bookmark

I am using Google Chrome.

When I click the yellow star to add bookmark, this display appears




How to change it to this display ?

I use chrome too, and I hate this feature because it makes navigation *slow*

The top one is Chromes "Windows 8 Mode"(full screen tablet mode) the bottom is "Windows desktop Mode", just go to the hamburger icon and change modes.

chrome://flags
look for Enable Enhanced Bookmarks
Change this to be disabled
