Hello.
Were experiencing some strange activity whenever we install any program, the created desktop shortcut after installing a program has 5 unknown accounts under the security tab in properties?
The unknown accounts have a red question mark next to the icon, we have tried the Local Group users and we don't see any unknown accounts?
We have searched as much as possible online and unfortunately haven't found any fixes regarding this strange issue? The only threads we find are regarding Local Group tab with unknown Accounts but we don't see anything like that?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as its a new build with a fresh install of Windows8.1
