Dell Update Application for Win 8.1?

I have a old Dell laptop running Win 8.1 and I know that a lot needs updating.
I've done a Google search but I don't think the Dell Update App is available for Win 8.1 anymore.
Does anyone know if I can download the application from somewhere for 8.1 or if there is something similar that works?
I know I can go to the Dell website and update drivers etc. after entering the service tag but I never find it is as easy to use as the Dell Update App.

The Dell Update Application is in fact one of the drivers available for download on the Dell Support site for your Dell Inspiron 15R special edition.

I've always used the service tag when looking for updates.
The Dell Update App does not show when using the service tag but as you found out looking under updates for Inspiron 15R SE 7520, it appears.
