Hi All, I have laptop Dell Latitude E5430 - 14" - Core i5 3320M - 4 GB RAM - 320 GB HDD, It came originally with windows 7, but after upgrading to windows 8, it won't go to sleep mode, the sleep option is there, but when I choose it only the screen shuts down while the hard disk continues to operate, and I can't get the screen back on so I have to shut down the Laptop from the power button, any solution to this?
