Hey guys!!! Plz hlp me wid dis stuff. I'm stucked in making HDD Partition in my Dell Inspiron N5110. There was 2 Partitions of HDD during the tym of puchase my laptop. The retailer too said me dat it was unable to make a 3rd partition. So I tried to make a partition by my own. I tried in 2 ways: 1) During Boot time by booting 4m win7 DVD & another by going through the disc management (diskmgmt.msc). During the tym of Boot the Unallocated space remaining 4 the 3rd partition has it's New option inactive. Therefore I failed to make a partition there. 2) Inside the disk management, 1st I shrinked my Volume1 (My C:\ drive of 135 GB) to nearly 77 GB and the rest 58 GB was unallocated. When I tried to make a new Volume (Unallocated Space>Right-click>New Volume) It says me dat "You cannot create a New Volume in this unallocated space because the disk already contains the maximum number of partitions" .Plz hlp me. What 2 do?
