Deleting a program from Programs and Features

I'm trying to delete a program called Cyberlink YouCam. When I go to delete an error message comes up: Skrset.xml. Does anyone know what this is? Also, how can I delete this program? Thank you. Deborah

Is this a 32-bit program? If so, download, install, use Revo Uninstaller free version, all things being equal and normal, it should be enough to remove that program.

Just another option, if you have a copy of the program, install it again, and then try to delete it.

Try to disable your anti-virus software temporarily when installing the program.
Reboot your computer before installing. Then try to reinstall the program.

Try with "your uninstaller".. it completely removes all files.
