Anyway to disable popup's like the volume indicator overlay meter thing? When i change the audio volume with my mediakeys on my keyboard it pop's up. It annoys me greatly.

Does Window Blind allows changing the applications background colors?

Before Win8.1, I used Win7 and my application backgrouds where the yellow of the legal pads, instead of the horrible bright white that hurts my eyes.
