No Windows Updates installed. Most systems have 66 or more. Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates (it may take several trips to get them all).

Drivers aren't installed for this device:
Not Available ACPI\HPQ0004\3&11583659&0 The drivers for this device are not installed.
It's most likely the ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection or HP 3D Drive Guard

Out of 16 memory dumps there were 10 different BSOD error codes. The differing error codes are usually symptomatic of a lower level problem within the system. They are usually caused by one of these things:
- borked (broken) hardware (several different procedures used to isolate the problem device)
- BIOS issues (check for updates at the motherboard manufacturer's website)
- overclocking - You'll know if you're overclocking or not. If uncertain we can suggest things to check.
- compatibility issues (3rd party hardware/drivers)
- low-level driver problems
- or even malware (scanned for when we ask for hardware diagnostics from Initial Hardware Diagnostics or Hardware Diagnostics ).

Your BIOS dates from 2011. Please check at the manufacturer's website to see if there are any BIOS updates available for your system. Also check the readme file to see if they apply to the problems that you are having. Please be advised that flashing the BIOS is a very unforgiving process - and one mistake can physically damage your motherboard.

Please update these older drivers. Links are included to assist in looking up the source of the drivers. If unable to find an update, please remove (un-install) the program responsible for that driver. DO NOT manually delete/rename the driver as it may make the system unbootable! :

If all of this doesn't stop the BSOD's, please run these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics. Let us know the results and we can move on from there.

The 3 older drivers that I listed will need updates.
The Intel Management Engine can be gotten from http://downloadcenter.intel.com Search for "Management Engine" (without the qoutes)
The Synaptics Touchpad can be gotten from Drivers | Synaptics
The Realtek PCI/PCIe adapter (actually is a Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller) can be gotten from Realtek

Well, i tried to install the Intel Management Engine. I did that using DriverEase.
and the program installation asked for a restart. when I did. the windows showed BSOD. and didn't work until I made a system restore to the point before the installation!

I'm not in favor of these DriverEase type programs - they don't detect the entire package that's needed, only the individual drivers.
Then, when they try to install the individual drivers something gets missed and they don't work.

Try downloading the latest version direct from http://www.downloadcenter.intel.com and double click on it to install it.
Since you had issues/BSOD's from it before, make sure that you're prepared to use System Restore again (just in case).

but this one, I didn't!
what shall I do?

By the way. BSOD is still there. with different codes like ntfs.sys.

While I updated the Synaptics Drive. and unfortunately it made a bad impact. after installation. it asked for a restart. and then after the restart the BSOD started over and over again, and when I tried to use the system restore to a point I created later. I can't.
tomorrow I will get my original HDD. and I'm gonna install a new windows again. what shall I do to get rid of the BSOD headaches!

This appears more and more like a hardware problem. I would suggest starting with these free hardware diagnostics: Hardware Diagnostics

Can you disable the touchpad in the BIOS? If not, how about disabling it in Device Manager?
Use a USB mouse while testing and see if that helps.
