Solved Could not turn-off Bluetooth and Is not Working!

I recently recovered my samsung ultrabook(NP530-U4C). Firstly, the bluetooth option was greyed... then when I installed "Intel Centrino Bluetooth driver"... Now Bluetooth is enabled but is unable to Turn-off the Bluetooth from the Wireless section of Windows 8.

When I tried to transfer the files via bluetooth, it shows device is offline although it was just paired.

Please help to resolve this issue!

The Notebooks I have and have worked on with Bluetooth had it with the Wi-Fi adapter, turn that off [switch or key combination] and Bluetooth was also off.

Thanks for your time and Sorry for the trouble! I have Intel Bluetooth and by default Qualcomm bluetooth suite was installed. When I checked Control Panel found this and after uninstalling this, Bluetooth is working fine. Although with this I installed all the windows updates and optional updates.
