Continuous BSoD involving ntoskrnl.exe

Hi,

I've had my laptop for a few months now and ever since I have it, I've been having almost daily BSoD's depending on how long / frequently I use it. I posted a thread about this a while back and was advised to update all drivers, and I did so and didn't see any BSoD's for a couple of days, so I thought the problem had been fixed, however they not long after started again and have been about as regular as before. I have made a zip of the dumps just from this year:

https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=57FD8C2DE12E42EA!167

And I notice most of them have ntoskrnl.exe involved. The laptop is an Acer Aspire V3-772G running Win 8.1. I have updated all drivers from the Acer website, tried factory resets, ran memtests, ran chkdisks, done virus scans etc and nothing has helped. I've tried contacting Acer about it however their response was useless.

I had a quick look online and some people were saying that the bios that's on here might be a bit iffy (v1.15) and that v1.08 is a lot more stable? Not sure if this is worth looking into. Alternatively could installing Win7 help? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Update your Atheros driver. Run RAM test: RAM - Test with Memtest86+ - Windows 7 Help Forums (eight passes per stick, at least eight passes). Disk Check Disk Check - Windows 7 Help Forums
SFC: SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker - Windows 7 Help Forums
If that doesn't help, enable Driver Verifier: Driver Verifier - BSOD related - Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 & Vista - Sysnative Forums
