cmd system32 window randomly popping up

following some extensive accidental malware download i ran multiple rootkit programs malwarebytes,virus cleaner, hitman pro, ccleaner etc and the malware seems to have been dealt with or at least the majority with only this issue persisting i have seen similar threads but mine appears to be unique in some facets so i thought it best to start a new thread. I will attach an image of what exactly popup every 10 minutes (an instance of cmd 32system pops up just behind it as well) thanks for your help in advance guys. i have tried running sfcscannow cmd and there are no issues, iv'e noticed that in safe mode i do not get the notifications wasn't sure if this helps but thought i should mention it.
