CMD copy sub folder files to multiple sub folders

as title suggested I wish to copy files exist in a sub folder to multiple sub folders

parentfolder has multiple sub folders 01 to 15
a file A.txt in sub folders 01
wish to copy A.txt to all sub folders from 01 to 15

how can this be done?

but to adjust the above its a bit more complicated so I'll add it here.

parentfolder has multiple sub folders 01 to 15 (not in sequence)
each of these subfolder also have a subfolder named xyz
A.txt in parentfolder\01\xyz wish to copy to all xyz subfolders within 01 to 15

how can this be done?
